These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website kamakhyatech.com and SaaS products (Niramaya HMS, AyuCare, DiagnoSmart) operated by KamakhyaTech Solutions Pvt Ltd, a company incorporated under the Companies Act 2013, with its registered office in Guwahati, Assam, India.

All software, designs, logos, content, and trademarks on this website and our products are owned by KamakhyaTech Solutions Pvt Ltd. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use our services during your subscription period.
We target 99.9% monthly uptime for all SaaS products. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated at least 48 hours in advance. Downtime caused by third-party services (AWS, payment gateways, internet providers) is excluded from SLA calculations.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate the subscription with 30 days' written notice. We may terminate immediately for material breach of these Terms, including non-payment or misuse of services. Upon termination, your access to the platform will be revoked.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Guwahati, Assam. We encourage resolution through mediation before litigation.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified via email to registered users with 14 days' notice.
